Today in Hockey History (May 26th)

May 26th 1988
The Edmonton Oilers win their 4th Stanley Cup in 5 years and unbeknownst to anyone at the time it would be the last Stanley Cup win for "The Great One" Way Gretzky.
Gretzky would win the Conn Smythe Trophy as Playoff MVP
(his 2nd) in what became his last game as a member of the Edmonton Oilers.
