Evgeni Malkin of the Pittsburgh Penguins scores his 300th career goal in a 5-4 win over the Philadelphia Flyers.
He is currently #6 all time on the Penguins goal scoring list.  He is 12 behind #5 Rick Kehoe.

Jaromir Jagr 750th Goal


October 20th 2016
Jaromir Jagr joined Wayne Gretzky and Gordie Howe as the only players in NHL history to have 750 or more career goals.
He netted his 750th against the Washington Capitals in a 4-2 loss.  
Jagr is far and away the active leader in goal scoring with Jarome Inginla 2nd among active players with 612.

The New York Rangers acquired Mark Messier from the Edmonton Oilers for 3 players including Bernie Nicholls.   Messier showed his value right away, leading the Rangers to the best record in the NHL and winning his 2nd Hart Trophy.
