Today in Hockey History
Today in 1935 the NHL permanently awarded the original Lady Byng trophy for Gentlemanly Play to Frank Boucher. After winning the trophy 7 out of 8 years Boucher was given the trophy to keep and Lady Byng donated the trophy that is awarded today.
